The 9th National Art College Chancellors Summit Forum

October 18^th to October 19^th 2014, the 9^th National Art College Chancellors Summit Forum was held in Shanxi Xi’an Art College. It was hosted by Technology Department of Cultural Ministry and China Cultural Media Group Limited and was undertaken by “Art Education” magazine and Xi’an Academy of Arts.
