Cogito Software Co., Ltd. became internship base of undergraduates of Beijing City University’s Arts Department

May 5^th 2016, Zhi Chen, director of animation department of Arts Department in Beijing City University, Ming Song and Jiajia Song who are the teachers of Beijing City University visited Cogito Software Co., Ltd. (Cogito) and signed cooperation agreement with the general manager Rich Yu. At this point, Cogito became the internship base of undergraduates of Beijing City University’s Arts Department.

By signing the cooperation agreement, Cogito and Beijing City University can have complementary advantages, mutual benefit and achieve win-win. Director Chen said, by building the internship base, Cogito could provide Beijing City University Arts Department outstanding training group and cutting edged technical devices. The cooperation of the two started the win-win prospect of enterprise development and personnel training. Rich Yu of Cogito expressed that it is important for students’ growth that they take part in practice. In the current society, no matter what kind of group, are all changing. And it is increasingly hard to practice. Enterprises need to develop, and development needs personnel. Schools can take advantage of their personnel to fully integrate with enterprises who can take advantage of their technical and administrative experiences by building the practical base, to realize the success of the two. What’s more, the two reached a consensus to build a long-term mechanism, thus, bring Toon Boom software into Beijing City University’s summer little semesters. Mr. Yu expressed that Cogito will choose fully experienced technical experts to be the teachers. Meanwhile, he also commits that students would learn the course again if they could not understand and Cogito would provide job opportunities if they understood the lesson well. Finally, the two talked about subject constructions, personnel development, cooperation and other aspects in depth, and planned to translate and publish series of books which are about the software.
