1.  site planning and configuration

Site area: about 80-100 square feet area or space of a common classroom.

The planning of area: (1) area for 3D stereo data acquisition: (2) area for data processing; (3) area for processing service; 3D display and experience area;

Classroom configuration: take 42 people per class as example: set a 6-position group in processing, training area, and there are seven groups with each group equipped with one computer, LEONAR3DO 3D interactive hardware suite and a combination of 3D printers, the open-plan desk is convenient for group discussion and assembly completion.

2.  Basic requirements of instructors:

(1) With the basic knowledge of Rhino, Audesk123ddesign, leonar3Do; or have the knowledge of the use of scanner;

(2) With the basic knowledge of artistic design or art design;

(3) The instructors should have the basic knowledge of model drawing, computer operation, model technology and so on;

(4) The number needed: 1 person

3. The cost of 3D printing innovation project:

300-500 thousand for large-scale projects, 700-900 thousand for medium-scale ones, large-scale projects about 1.5 million. Make preparations based on site and funding of school.
