1. Can you briefly introduce yourself?

My name is Sekani Solomon. I’m a Senior Motion Designer based in New York but I’m originally from Trinidad and Tobago. I’m particularly focused on 3D based Motion Graphics.

2. In your project, what were the elements where Marvelous Designer was used?

All the shots but one used Marvelous Designer to create the cloth simulation. Instead of making the clothes, I used Marvelous Designer to create this draping fabric look.

3. Could you describe challenges in which Marvelous Designer was of use to you and go into detail regarding how Marvelous Designer helped to overcome them?

I knew initially that I wanted a high level of detail in the cloth folds and bends. I knew it would take me forever to get there using Cinema 4D, so Marvelous Designer was a great solution in getting that high fidelity of cloth detail.

4. Which features would you want to see from Marvelous Designer in future versions?

I think the ability to animate objects or primitives to interact with the cloth (to get more control) would be helpful!
