What is a ProPresenter?
ProPresenter is a cross-platform live event presentation software. It seamlessly displays lyrics and media, especially making it easy to perform high-quality live productions, including religious worship congregations, sports events, conventions, trade shows and studio broadcasts.

High quality video output
ProPresenter's video engine has been redesigned from the ground up in ProPresenter 6 to produce perfect video playback in multiple formats, codecs, and resolutions. You can import and play videos instantly in the ProPresenter, dynamically set dots and dots, affect color, brightness, and volume, and dynamically crop/scale videos. The template
It is important that the presentation have a consistent and unified appearance. To do this, ProPresenter uses templates to quickly create and transform content to make sure everything is on track.
Create and Edit
Powerful import tools, including a text reflux editor, allow you to edit slides as easily as text in a word processor. Build slideshows with a variety of elements: shapes, text, graphics, video, live video input, and even HTML5 web pages. Media use
Hot Folders help to quickly put content into the software, and when files are added to Folders, they are automatically displayed in the ProPresenter. The new media markup feature allows you to create groups and automatically display imported media tagged for those groups.

Works well with other applications
Integration with Renewed Vision's ProVideoPlayer (PVP) product through text flow allows you to stream formatted text slides over a LAN for rendering and manipulation by the PVP graphics engine. In addition, ProPresenter 6 provides Syphon support, allowing you to dynamically share ProPresenter's output with other applications. Control via industry standard production protocols (via optional communication modules), including video standards (AMP, VDCP, GVG100), lighting (via Artnet DMX) and MIDI.
Mobile integration
The mobile tools include an iOS/Android remote so you can control the ProPresenter (including the new social media tuner) from anywhere in the building, while the Stage Display application lets you have as much Stage Display output as a mobile device.

The connection

ProPresenter 6 manages and displays Twitter posts. Multiple keyword searches let you find what you want, and new tools let you save your moderator entries. All social media feeds are managed within the ProPresenter or from the optional ProPresenter remote application.
Dynamic Web content
If you use third-party tools to vote or want to display content on the web, you'll enjoy the new web presentation tools in ProPresenter, including the ability to display web pages as objects in a slide show.
Network control
We've also created a special web server within the ProPresenter that allows your team members to send messages directly to the ProPresenter from anywhere to make it easier and more timely to create and display parent notifications or other messages.

New features of ProPresenter 6
Slide element conversion
A significant addition to ProPresenter 6 is the ability to apply transformations to individual objects. ProPresenter 5 provides conversion between slides, but now it can be extended to any element on a slide. Each object can use a different transformation, and you can specify a "Build In" transformation and a "Build Out" transformation.
This is useful when you need to introduce text elements and image elements, but want to convert them at different times or in different ways. Each element has the option of being displayed manually when a slide is clicked, automatically after a certain amount of time, or in combination with other elements.
This slideshow capability provides another level of elegance and professionalism to your slide show, making ProPresenter on par with any other presentation tool on the market.
HTML5 supports /Web objects as slide elements
ProPresenter's Web View is a great tool for displaying real-time websites on ProPresenter Output. Now, in ProPresenter 6, you can add any network element directly to a slide.
Bezier Line Tool
Bezier Line Tool has been added to the list of slide editing tools, providing new capabilities to create any shape or curve in your presentation.
Ticker
ProPresenter 6 now has a scrolling text tag object for slides. Adding a Ticker object to your slide lets you display scrolling text from a variety of sources directly on the slide.
2.0 Reflow
The backflow feature in ProPresenter 6 more precisely occupies the slide window when activated. It now supports Rich Text mode, so you can see more advanced typography in the list view that matches what you see in the adjacent slide view.
Slide element cropping/scaling
In the slide Editor, you can now double click on any video or image you added to your slide to easily crop or scale elements. For example, when you need to crop an image, simply import it into a slide and double-click on it.
Notice that the handle at the corner of the image changes the color to black. This indicates that you are in crop/scale mode. Now, just drag one of the handles to see the image move within its preset frame, and you can adjust the part of the image you want to view.
Editor alignment guide
ProPresenter 6 adds custom alignment guides to make it easier than ever to align objects on your slides. The edges of the object are gently "captured" to the alignment wizard, so you can make sure everything is arranged the way you want.
It's easy to add an unlimited number of alignment wizards. Simply click on a horizontal or vertical ruler and drag down or to the right to add a new guide.
Automatically saved
In ProPresenter 6, you no longer need to save changes at runtime. Each change is automatically saved as it is made. This means that if you lose power or forget to save before turning the ProPresenter off, you won't lose any data.
Autosave works in the background, quickly and efficiently, so it doesn't interfere with your workflow.
Copy/paste graphics from other applications
ProPresenter 6 now supports copying images directly from other applications. For example, if you have an image in another application, such as an Internet browser or word processor, you can simply copy and paste it directly into the ProPresenter in the Slide Editor.
Opacity of the slide object
In the slide editor, you can now specify the level of opacity for each object on the slide. For example, you can add a slightly opaque rectangle behind the text box to make it easier to see the lyrics in the background.
Retain styles when refactoring
Templates in ProPresenter make it easy to maintain a consistent format and placement of the slide objects across multiple slides simultaneously. However, a side effect of this is that the individual text format on the slide is lost when the template is applied. The Preserve Text Attributes feature in ProPresenter 6 allows you to apply templates while preserving the formatting of the Text. For example, if you style text using underscores and italics, when you select the "Preserve" property, the text format changes, but the underscores and italics are retained.
Soft Loop
Have you ever needed to loop a video that wasn't designed to loop a video? The new video "Soft Loop" allows you to use any video in a Loop scene. As the video draws to a close, it will cross fade into the beginning of the same video, creating a clean loop on the video that would otherwise not be looping.
Adjust the font size to fit the text box
The ProPresenter template always makes it easy to apply text formats to multiple slides at once. In ProPresenter 6, there is now an option to automatically resize the text when applying the template to fit the text box.
If this check box is selected when applying the template, the font size is set to the size specified in the template, unless the text cannot be put in. If the text doesn't fit, it automatically shrinks to fit the text box.
Telestrator
Telestrator allows you to draw your real-time output in real time. You can draw any freehand drawing with the Pen tool, or you can draw a quick circle with the Circle Tool. The Spot tool draws focus to a specific part of the screen inside the circle, and the laser tool functions like a laser pointer, allowing you to point at anything on the screen.
You can quickly select tools, sizes, and colors from the menu bar at the top of the window.
You can also use this function remotely using the Telestrator feature in ProRemote for iOS and Android.
The scheduler
Do you want your service to start at the right time? Pro6 helps it do this automatically with multiple start times and dates in the new scheduling tool.
The calendar icon will be added to the right of any assigned schedule playlist for easy identification.
Nursery calls from Web/iOS/Android
ProPresenter's messaging capabilities always make it quick and easy to display messages on the screen, especially Nursery calls or alerts. In ProPresenter 6, remote users (for example, in the Nursery) can now enter messages remotely and submit them to the ProPresenter operator for display.
A notification appears on the operator's screen indicating that the message is ready for display. Clicking the notification displays the message immediately, and no further action is required by the operator.
If this check box is selected when applying the template, the font size is set to the size specified in the template, unless the text cannot be placed in the text box. If the text doesn't fit, it is automatically shrunk to fit.
Any message can be used for remote entry by clicking the Visible over the Network check box in the Messages window.
Comments in a continuous view
ProPresenter's continuous view lets you easily view all the documents in your playlist without having to switch between them. In ProPresenter 6, we have added comments to the continuous view, so any comments you add to a document can be viewed in the continuous view.
Timer hint/hint palette
Adding tips to your slides is easier than ever with the new tip palette in ProPresenter 6. You can specify hints for any slide using the drag-and-drop feature. Prompts can start or stop a timer, change the phase display or multi-screen layout, trigger audio, video, or live video, or clear any layer that the ProPresenter is output to.
Apply transitions to multiple clips simultaneously
ProPresenter 6 now saves you a lot of time by adding the ability to apply transformations to multiple video/image bar entries simultaneously. Simply hold down the Command key and select all the projects you want to apply the transformation to, right-click on one of the projects and select Transitions... . The transformation you select will be applied to each item.
After the clip go to "X"
In ProPresenter 6's Video/Image Bin, you can now specify that a specific media prompt is played after the previous one has completed. Simply right-click on any video prompt and select "Go to Cue". You'll see a list of all the other videos, and you can select one that will play automatically when the previous prompt finishes.
Click Next to go to the Media Bin
When playing a Video from the Video/Image Bin, you can now specify that the Video should go to the next Video in the storage bar immediately after it finishes playing. Right-click any video and choose Next. When the video is played now, it will go to the selected video when it is finished.
Media Bin Indicates the keyword tag
Sorting Video/Image Bin using tags is easier than ever. You can create keyword tags, each with its own color, and assign those tags to videos or images. All videos or images marked as any mark are displayed by selecting the mark from the left column of the Video/Image Bin.
Each video or image can have multiple tags. For example, you can create a tag called "Blue Videos" and a tag called "Slow Videos" and apply them to Videos that fit both descriptions. Then, when you select one of the tags in the Video/Image Bin, you will see the Video and any other tags in the tag.
Audio Bin enhancements
We often get requests to add a random Audio "shuffle" feature before or between tracks in the Audio Bin, and we've listened to our customers and developed this feature.
We also added a search capability in the Pro6 Audio Bin, as finding a specific Audio file in a large music and sound effects library can be a challenge. You can quickly filter in the Audio Bin by any search term, including title, artist, and album.
Sending the MIDI Cue
The MIDI module in the ProPresenter allows external control of the ProPresenter through MIDI notes. In ProPresenter 6, you can now send MIDI comments directly from any slide. For example, when you click to display a specific slide, you can send MIDI notes to the lighting console to trigger a specific lighting scene.
Syphon Output (Mac)
ProPresenter 6 can now send its output to applications that support the siphon protocol. Syphon is an open source protocol that allows us to share our graphic output with other programs that can take these images and manipulate them directly... All on the same computer.
The Media Bin transition can still be displayed when the card is immediately displayed
ProPresenter 6, like its predecessors, provides transition options for Video/Image Bin and separate conversion options for documents and slides. It is now easier to access the Video/Image Bin transition even immediately after the Video/Image Bin card.
When the Video/Image Bin card immediately, the Video/Image Bin green transition option will be displayed next to the global slide transition.
Playlist Title
In ProPresenter 6, you can now add titles to playlists manually. For playlists that contain many document and media elements, it can be helpful to add the title as an organizational element.
Each header can be assigned its own color and timer. For example, you can place one title at the beginning of a set of songs and another title at the beginning of an announcement slide. In a continuous slide view, you can quickly start the timer assigned to the header.
Infinite clock
ProPresenter 6 adds the clock functionality that users know and love. Instead of ProPresenter's previous three clocks, you can now add an unlimited number of clocks.
Program center enhancements
Integrated PCO Live
ProPresenter 6 now integrates PCO Live into our Stage Display feature so that you can see each step of the plan and the time associated with those steps.
PCO sequences matching Pro Arrangements
When a plan is imported from Planning Center Online, ProPresenter matches the songs in the ProPresenter library with the songs in the plan. ProPresenter 6 can now also associate PCO sequences with corresponding ProPresenter Arrangements so that each song can be broken down appropriately by verse, chorus, etc.
For a document downloaded from a PCO, if there is an existing PCO Sequence, the Sequence should be arranged to be imported as PROPENTER 6 and added to the local Pro6 document as a "PCO Arrangement."
PCO Media download
Any media that is part of the PCO Sequence will be downloaded and included in this item in ProPresenter 6.
The playlist will indicate whether new media has been added and needs to be refreshed, or you can refresh manually.
Stage Display Layout Cues
ProPresenter's Stage Display feature can have multiple layouts. Now, in ProPresenter 6, you can add the Stage Dis
For example, you can load the "Music" layout hint on the first slide of the first song, and the "Sermon" layout hint on the first slide of the sermon slide.
Video in Stage Display
With the new Live Slide feature in ProPresenter 6, the Stage Display displays what the viewer sees. This allows you to display anything, including video, exactly as it is displayed. Enabling this option is as simple as enabling the "Current Slide" option for the Current Slide box in the Stage Display Configuration Window.
Stage Display/output preview switch
The ProPresenter preview window always gives operators the comfort of seeing smaller versions of the ProPresenter output. Now, in ProPresenter 6, you can also have the preview window Display the Stage Display output. Hovering over the preview window brings up a button to quickly switch between the two options.
You can also access this option by selecting Stage Display Preview from the Window menu or by pressing Command-3 (Mac) or Control-3 (PC).
Twitter enhancements
It is also now possible to search for multiple phrases or tags simultaneously. Simply use commas to separate phrases in the search box.
With the new "Auto Remove on Show" option, you can also specify that each post is shown only once. When displayed, it will be removed from the approved list.
Social media mediation provided by ProRemote
ProPresenter's social media feature allows you to search for specific phrases on Twitter and display them quickly on screen. With ProPresenter 6 and ProRemote, our iOS/Android app Remote, you can now search and tune tweets from the remote app. This allows one operator to approve the display of social media while the other is doing something else.
As shown above, this update also provides the same filters and functionality as the ProPresenter 6 application.
Once you've searched, you can approve the display with just one click. You can then launch the Twitter slide show directly from the remote.
Export the slides in JPEG/PNG format
ProPresenter has great slide creation and editing capabilities, so it's easier than ever for us to use the slides you've created in ProPresenter. In ProPresenter 6, you can export slides as JPEG or PNG files. This means, for example, that you can create an announcement slide directly in the ProPresenter and then export it to a web site or email it.
The JPEG export includes any background colors or image hints added to the slide. The PNG export will remove the background color or image hint and export the PNG file with transparency.
Record Output
Using the Record Output function in ProPresenter 6, you can Record all the content displayed in the Output window of ProPresenter to a video file.
This is especially useful if you use a ProPresenter to display words on a live video. You can capture the entire event and any content displayed from the ProPresenter for archiving or promotion.
Strengthening biblical integration
We have been working to improve the quality and accuracy of biblical texts, including the ability to maintain font color (for example, for translations containing red letters). In addition, the management of bibles is all done in this software, so there is no separate installation program to download, you can select the Bibles you want or have registered, download them in this software, and use them immediately.
