Where to find my purchase details?
- Sign in to your Boom account and you'll be able to see your purchase details in your Profile.
I’m an existing user. How to register on Boom 3D using my Registration key?
- If you have already purchased the older version of the app, then please click on ‘Unlock’ option and Sign up using a valid Email ID.
I’ve Boom 3D installed on 2 devices, and cannot install it on a new device. (overdraft issue).

- Create Boom account to manage your devices.
- You can do so by entering your Email ID or social account ID from the “Profile” icon on the top right of the Boom 3D app window.
- If you’ve already joined Boom, go to your “Profile” by clicking on the profile icon and you can see “Manage Devices”.
- Tap on it and select the device from which you want to log out, and click on Done. Once done, you can install Boom 3D on a new device.
I have already purchased Boom 3D for Mac. Is it possible to extend the license for Windows/iOS/Android?
- Please note that Boom 3D for Mac and Boom 3D for Windows/iOS/Android are different applications based on the different platforms. Purchase of Boom 3D for Mac does not include the Windows/iOS/Android devices. Hence if you wish to use Boom 3D on your other devices then you need to purchase the Boom for Windows/iOS/Android app separately.
I have just purchased the Boom 3D app and Logged in to Boom account, but app shows I'm still in trial version.
- Make sure that you have logged in with the email ID that you have used while creating the Boom account.
- Please quit and relaunch the app once you login.
